Our Customer Satisfaction Teams (CSTs) continue to find and fix issues that cause customer complaints. We need you to get involved and increase your understanding of the company’s quality issues and what you can do to help improve our overall performance. On Thursday, Oct. 30, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., you will have another opportunity to visit a CST open house and get a first-hand look at the types of issues that our teams are tasked with eliminating.
This month, you’ll see presentations from these teams:
CST 6 – Seat and Seat Belts
CST 7 – Body Hardware
CST 9 – Paint and Exterior Systems
CST 10 – Unique Roof Systems
CST 11 – Base Engine
CST 13 – Malfunction Indicator Lamp
CST 16 – Body Electronics
We encourage you to attend this open house to better understand the aggressive steps we are taking to improve quality. Please feel free to stop by as your schedule permits this Thursday, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Education Center Auditorium. No reservations are required.
